What can I do with InstantCARE today?+
Complete your profile and choose a doctor’s published appointment slot. Your booking is confirmed automatically. Consultations take place via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Google Meet, or phone call. Online payments are not currently available.
How do online consultations work?+
Choose an available appointment. Your booking is confirmed immediately for a consultation via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Google Meet, or phone call. We will share the agreed call details before your appointment.
Can I install InstantCARE on my phone?+
Yes. InstantCARE is a web app that you add to your home screen, not an APK download. Open the site in Chrome or Edge on Android or desktop, or Safari on iPhone. When your browser supports installation, the Install InstantCARE button opens its installation prompt.
What if I need urgent medical help?+
InstantCARE is not an emergency service. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, contact your local emergency service or go to the nearest emergency department.
