Please read before creating your InstantCARE account.

General and specialist consultations

InstantCARE is not an emergency service. Its general and specialist consultations support your care and do not replace ongoing clinic appointments, physical examinations or investigations when needed.

Continue your existing clinic appointments and follow-up care unless your treating doctor advises otherwise. If you need emergency help, seek immediate in-person care.

Creating an account

You must be 18 years or older to sign up. Use your own email address and keep your sign-in details private. You may be asked to verify your email when creating or recovering an account.
